Who the offer is for

This offer is intended for new patients who have not previously attended Lucent Dental, unless Lucent Dental agrees otherwise. The offer is available for a limited time and appointments are subject to availability.

What is included

The free consultation is an initial cosmetic dental consultation. It may include discussion of your goals, a preliminary assessment of suitability for cosmetic options, and general information about possible pathways such as veneers, composite bonding, clear aligners or related cosmetic treatment options where clinically relevant.

What is not included

The offer does not include dental treatment, treatment of existing dental conditions, laboratory work, preparatory dental work, prescriptions, specialist referrals, or any procedures beyond the initial consultation unless Lucent Dental confirms otherwise in writing.

Any recommended treatment, records, imaging, appointments or procedures after the free consultation will be discussed with you and quoted separately before you decide whether to proceed.

Clinical suitability

All clinical decisions are made by your treating dental practitioner based on your individual oral health, goals, risks and circumstances. Submitting an enquiry or attending a consultation does not mean a particular treatment will be suitable for you.

Cancellations and attendance

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may mean the free consultation offer is no longer available to you.

General conditions

The offer is limited to one use per person and cannot be combined with other offers unless Lucent Dental agrees otherwise. It is valid at Lucent Dental, 100 Holdsworth Street, Coorparoo QLD 4151.
